Amy T. Mai
Amy Mai is an associate attorney with Emeritus, PA where she concentrates her practice in the areas of Wills, Trusts & Estates, Probate, Business Law, Employment Law, and Bankruptcy.
While in law school, Ms. Mai served as a Note & Comment Editor on the Barry Law Review Editorial Board. As Note & Comment Editor, Ms. Mai oversaw ten associate editors, assisting them in the completion of their notes and comments. Ms. Mai had her Note/Comment, Under the Radar: The Unique Plight of Special Immigrant Juveniles, published in the Barry Law Review. In addition to her academic success, Ms. Mai earned membership on the Moot Court Honors Board for her writing and oral advocacy skills. She also clerked part-time at an Orlando law office focusing on business law and employment law.
Ms. Mai earned her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park. Ms. Mai is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She speaks fluent Vietnamese.

William C. Voight, II
William C. Voight, II was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area. He graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a B.A. in History and a minor in Business Administration. Upon graduating, William worked in the finance industry, an area in which he continues to maintain a close affiliation. William is currently active in the management of a local financial firm, which he co-founded in 2004. During this time, William earned his JD at Barry University School of Law.
Mr. Voight is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Bar of the District of Columbia.
Don H. Nguyen, Esq.
Don focuses his practice on business, commercial, and real estate litigation. In this capacity, he has represented individual and corporate clients in both state and federal cases. A large portion of Don’s practice involves community association representation. Don has served as legal counsel for hundreds of community associations throughout Central Florida for all of their legal needs, including collections, mortgage foreclosure defense, covenant enforcement, revisions of governing documents, and general corporate advice.
Don earned his juris doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School, which he attended as a Vanderbilt Honor Scholar. While at Vanderbilt, he served as specially-admitted counsel with the Domestic Violence Clinic. In addition, Don was selected as a research assistant for the Dean of the law school and leading negotiation and dispute resolution scholar, Chris Guthrie. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 2004, where he was recognized as a George Foster Hankins Honor Scholar and inducted into Mortar Board Honor Society and Psi Chi Honor Society.
Don is a member of the Florida Bar is admitted to practice in all of Florida’s state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is also a charter member for the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association

Eric M. Rolinson
Eric Rolinson provides compliance and legal consultation services for small to mid-sized organizations. He concentrates in financial controls, anti-money laundering compliance and supervisory controls for finance firms regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He currently holds the following licenses in good standing with FINRA: Series 7, 55, 63, 24, & 27.
Mr. Rolinson has vast experience working with broker-dealers in developing business units, reducing expenses, developing employees and implementing compliance policies and procedures. He has negotiated with and defended firms/employees against governmental and quasi-governmental agencies including: the SEC, FINRA, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, the Department of Justice and many more.
Prior to admission to the Florida Bar, Mr. Rolinson had progressive career advancement with Park Financial Group, Inc. (PFG), a regional broker-dealer with diverse boutique specializations including market making, institutional services and investment banking. His leadership within the organization led to his appointment as the youngest President in the PFG’s fifteen year history. During his tenure Mr. Rolinson was able to improve the corporate culture and create an organization that exceeded industry best practices and maintained peak historical revenues and cost controls.
Mr. Rolinson earned his MBA in 2005 from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, his J.D. in 2003 from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, and his B.A. in 2000 from Gannon University. He is a member of the Florida Bar.
